You want to feel strong again.
You want to exercise, stay active, and trust your body.
But every time you start building momentum, pain, fatigue, or just “life” seem to knock you off track.
So you pull back, lose consistency, and start wondering:
“Maybe my body just can’t handle training anymore…”
When your body feels unpredictable, it affects more than your workouts.
You second-guess simple things.
You hold back.
You avoid movements you used to do without thinking.
You feel less capable, less confident, and less like yourself.
Even when life looks fine from the outside, it can feel like you are constantly managing around discomfort.
And the longer that goes on, the easier it is to believe that this is just how things are now.
Most people in your position aren’t stuck because they’re lazy, weak, or bad at following through.
They’re stuck because they’re approaching exercise in a way that doesn’t take into account what their body can handle right now.
So they end up stuck in the same cycle: start strong, get flared up, back off, lose progress, repeat.
If your body seems to push back every time you try to get consistent, you are not broken.
You just need a coach who knows how to work with your body instead of fighting it.
You can train around pain.
You can build strength safely.
And you can enjoy movement again.
That is exactly what I help people do.
I know what it is like to feel held back by your body.
For years, I trained and competed in one of the most physically demanding sports on earth (rugby) while working through multiple severe injuries. That experience changed how I see strength, progress, and what the body is truly capable of.
I learned that getting stronger is not about ignoring pain or pushing harder at all costs. It’s about learning how to work with your body, respect its limits, and build from there.
That lesson shaped the way I coach today. I work with busy adults who don’t feel like themselves anymore. They are tired of starting and stopping, tired of second-guessing every workout, and tired of feeling like their body keeps pushing back. My job is to help you train in a way that fits your body, your life, and your real starting point, so you can stop living in fear of flare-ups and start trusting yourself again.
This work is about more than exercise. It’s about helping you feel capable again. It’s about giving you a clear path forward when generic programs have let you down. And it’s about proving that pain or fatigue does not have to define what is possible for your body or your life.
You are stronger than you think.
My pain-informed approach to exercise helps you build strength without constantly aggravating your symptoms, so you can finally start trusting your body again.
My judgment-free coaching gives you a space to be honest about where you’re really at, so you can start making progress in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
My flexible programming accounts for busy weeks, stress, and low energy, so you can keep training and finally become someone who follows through.
My training rebuilds confidence, not just strength, so you can stop associating exercise with setbacks and start enjoying your body and your life more fully again.
We begin with a conversation about your goals, your history, and what your body is dealing with right now. Then I build a training plan that meets you where you are.
I guide you through a plan built around smart exercise selection, clear progressions, and adjustments when needed, so you can keep moving forward with confidence.
As your body adapts, I keep refining your plan so you can build strength, feel more confident in your body, and enjoy everyday life again with fewer setbacks.
When I first started working with Conor, I could barely walk or move without pain. I had been through years of testing, procedures, and setbacks, and nothing gave me lasting improvement.
Working with Conor changed that.
My pain is now manageable, I can work again, I can play shows again, and I work out every day. I’m in the best shape of my life. Conor literally gave me my life back.
“When I started with Conor, I was living with intense chronic pain, chronic fatigue, and years of frustration from trying to get stronger only to flare up and stop again. He met me where I was and helped me rebuild step by step. Now I’m back to hiking, yoga, and reformer Pilates without the overwhelming pain that used to hold me back. He’s helped me believe in my body again.”
“After finishing rugby, I felt lost when it came to organizing my training. Conor helped me build a consistent strength and conditioning routine that challenged me, kept me motivated, and improved my overall strength and fitness. His programming gave me structure, and it’s also helped me enjoy other activities like biking and soccer even more.”
“Before I worked with Conor, I felt stuck, injured, and behind. He helped me get stronger, but more than that, he helped me rebuild how I see myself. When I hit setbacks, he never judged me. He understood. He reminded me that progress is not about being perfect, it is about showing up again. That impact will stay with me far longer than any season.”
A training plan built around your body, your goals, your pain history, and your real life.
Exercises chosen and adjusted to help you build strength without constantly aggravating your symptoms.
Support that meets you where you are, so you can be honest about setbacks, pain, and what you need.
Training that can adapt to stress, fatigue, travel, and busy seasons without falling apart.
A step-by-step approach that helps you build strength steadily without doing too much too soon.
Coaching designed to help you stop fearing movement and start trusting your body again.
That concern makes sense, especially if you’ve experienced flare-ups before. My approach is built around respecting your limits, adjusting intelligently, and helping you build confidence without constantly aggravating your symptoms.
No. A lot of the people I work with come to me because pain is the reason they have stopped trusting their body. I will meet you where you’re at, work around what your body can handle, and build from there.
You are not the problem. Most people have just never had a plan that matched their life and their actual capacity. My job is to help you build something realistic enough to keep doing, even when life gets busy.
Working with pain and complex challenges is my specialty. I bring both clinical expertise and a deeper understanding of how to help people build strength when their body does not fit the usual fitness mould. I coach around your pain and other limitations, so you can build confidence, stay consistent, and make lasting progress.
That is completely fine. You do not need to be fit to start. I’ll meet you where you’re at and build a plan based on your current ability, not where you think you should be.
You could probably piece some of it together on your own, but that often means more trial and error, more second-guessing, and more time feeling stuck. Coaching helps you move forward with more clarity and less wasted effort.
You do not need to keep guessing, pushing through pain, or starting over every few months. I will help you train in a way that fits your body, builds strength, and helps you feel more confident in how you move. If you’re ready to stop letting pain call the shots and start making progress that lasts, book your free session and let’s talk about what that could look like for you.
