Hi! I'm Conor, and helping people work around pain is my specialty.

I know what it is like to feel held back by your body.

For years, I trained and competed in one of the most physically demanding sports on earth (rugby) while working through multiple severe injuries. That experience changed how I see strength, progress, and what the body is truly capable of.

I learned that getting stronger is not about ignoring pain or pushing harder at all costs. It’s about learning how to work with your body, respect its limits, and build from there.

That lesson shaped the way I coach today. I work with busy adults who don’t feel like themselves anymore. They are tired of starting and stopping, tired of second-guessing every workout, and tired of feeling like their body keeps pushing back. My job is to help you train in a way that fits your body, your life, and your real starting point, so you can stop living in fear of flare-ups and start trusting yourself again.

This work is about more than exercise. It’s about helping you feel capable again. It’s about giving you a clear path forward when generic programs have let you down. And it’s about proving that pain or fatigue does not have to define what is possible for your body or your life.

No. A lot of the people I work with come to me because pain is the reason they have stopped trusting their body. I will meet you where you’re at, work around what your body can handle, and build from there.

You are not the problem. Most people have just never had a plan that matched their life and their actual capacity. My job is to help you build something realistic enough to keep doing, even when life gets busy.

Working with pain and complex challenges is my specialty. I bring both clinical expertise and a deeper understanding of how to help people build strength when their body does not fit the usual fitness mould. I coach around your pain and other limitations, so you can build confidence, stay consistent, and make lasting progress.

That is completely fine. You do not need to be fit to start. I’ll meet you where you’re at and build a plan based on your current ability, not where you think you should be.

You could probably piece some of it together on your own, but that often means more trial and error, more second-guessing, and more time feeling stuck. Coaching helps you move forward with more clarity and less wasted effort.
